I sprayed just a few sprays on my hips while I was pregnant with twins and WOW it helped so much, Sleep in a bottle for those trying times. It was just a few sprays on each side of my hips, occasionally on the nights they hurt, the last few months of pregnancy. My Dr didn't think that was too much to use while pregnant and was happy that I had relief. Now, I use it for occasional back, foot and knee pain, SUPER helpful!
