Our Goat Milk Skin Care journey began with love of animals by our youngest daughter.  This love began a small Nubian dairy goat herd which provided lots of milk. With skin issues in our own family and growing weary of store bought petroleum laden soaps which made us feel sticky and tight after bathing, our soaping journey began.

Never having used real soap before, we were amazed when after a week, our skin began transforming to a clean silky glow. We began sharing with friends and family who encouraged us to 'press on' in helping others with troubled skin.  We have been blessed by seeing eczema and psoriasis relief in adults and children and continue to be encouraged by happy customers.

Our soaps are made with a generous olive oil base and more goat milk than water.  They cost more that regular supermarket brands, but like the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'!  You will never find a trace of petroleum products, animal fats or mineral oils in our products.   Living close to nature, we have combined our desire to get back to the 'simple' things, the 'ways' of grandma and 'paths' of God who provided the milk and herbs of the field for our greater good to produce soaps, lotions and other products that are used daily in every household.  We offer these products with confidence that you will be pleased and that they will truly rejuvinate, soften and transform your skin and offer great benefits to your family.

Hours of Operation:  We are busy from the rising to the setting of the sun around the farm.  You can contact us through the contact page and we will be sure to get back with you! 

Orders & Inquiries:  In order to keep costs down, ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE PLACED ONLINE using our automated system and inquiries should be made using our contact form.  Our phone number is given out on an 'as requested' basis.  Too much phone time reduces work time.

Payment Policy: We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover online in real time   If paying by pay pal, please ensure your address information with Pay Pal is correct. We also take checks and money orders - this method of payment will cause delays in your receiving your products.  We do not ship until the money order is verified and with checks, until they clear. 

Cancelled/Changed Order Policy: We strive to fill our orders within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel or change your order for any reason, please let us know immediately - we may have to tell you it's already in the mail :)

Returned Checks:  Please, if there are not sufficient funds - please don't send us one.  There will be a returned check chage of $40.00 which will be billed through pay pal or can be paid by credit card.  If payment is not made, we will excercise every measure to recieve payment. If there are any legal fees incurred, we will go after those too.  We are very serious about 'HOT' check writers.   INS check writers will loose check priviledges on our site.

Returns:  Tooth Chips:  Because we offer samples of Tooth Chips on the site, we do not take returns on Tooth Chips in metal containers.  If you have any doubt about the product we suggest that you purchase samples that are available on the site before moving to a larger container.  For other returns, we off 100% refund within 30 days from shipping date. We do ask that you include a note as to why you were not satisfied with the product.  Shipping/handling is non-refundable; returns are at your expense.

There will be no refunds on special order items such as loafs.  Before you order an entire loaf, we suggest that you purchase a single bar to ensure it's exactly what you want.  We make our formulas by recipes so there should be no variance in the bar/loaf.

Promo Codes:  MUST be entered at checkout online. We CANNOT go back and apply these for you or refund your money after your order has been placed. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook to get our money saving promo codes. 

Shipping/Handling Policy:  We ship all items through our local United States Post Office - usually within 24 hours from the processing of the payment.  It's the most effective method of shipping here in the NE Texas woods.  Our small town Post Office is not open on Saturday's so orders received on Friday's sometimes go out on Monday's.  

If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival please contact us within 3 business days.  Save all contents and packing materials.

We try to treat your money like we would treat our money and we try to ensure that shipping prices are calculated as close to actual as possible.  When shipping charged exceeds actual shipping by more than $2.00, we do our best to catch it and refund the overcharge through pay pal.  If we miss it, please let us know and we will refund the difference or apply a credit toward your next purchase.

Privacy Policy:   We don't like getting spam and junk mail and we know you don't either, so we never share your personal information with anyone - ever.  Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted to us in the most secure way possible. 

Animal Testing:  We do no testing of our products on animals....they do get testy with us sometimes :)

Catalog:  We do not have any printed information - if you want to share information with a friend, please direct them to our site.

Address Information:  Because this is our homestead and we have children, we prefer not to post the address information.  We do produce all of our products in a building on our property dedicated to our soapmaking.
